Is my meeting data secure?+
Meeting content is handled for the purpose of producing the requested record. Original audio and transcript files are deleted after delivery unless retention is specifically agreed. Your meeting content is never shared with or sold to third parties.
How quickly do I receive the decision record?+
Standard delivery is within one business day unless a different turnaround is agreed before the meeting is submitted.
What formats are accepted?+
RecapHQ accepts audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV), video files (MP4), and text transcripts from any meeting platform. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet exports all work. In-person meeting recordings are also accepted.
Can I choose which meetings get processed?+
Yes. Submit only the meetings that need a proper record. This is designed for important conversations, not for capturing every casual call.
What if I want to cancel?+
You may cancel at any time with no penalty. There are no long-term contracts and no lock-in periods on any tier. Any agreed archive access remains available for 30 days following cancellation so you can export what you need.
Does it work for in-person meetings too?+
Yes. Any audio file or transcript from an in-person meeting can be submitted and processed in exactly the same way, producing a decision record, commitment log, unresolved-question list, and follow-up draft.
